What's going on in NZ, not much for a couple of months, apparently

Or it could be that I'm too lazy/not annoyed enough/numb to the horror of what's happening.

Hmm, letsee:

  • Labour are gone. Hooray. Been replaced by someone who seems to have huge ambition for the country as a whole. This could be the turning point on bringing NZ to the top-half of the OECD standings again.
  • Another pack of losers got convicted of bashing a 3 year old, literally, to death (including putting said three year old in a tumble dryer). Good to see the left-wing's social interference (anti-smacking bill) has reduced the amount of child abuse. Oh, hang on.

Other than that, can't think of much that makes me have any emotion other than ambivilence.
